Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed through lindralabel.com with Anton Eriksson, Elzwiks väg 10c, 711 78 Guldsmedshyttan, Sweden. Placing an order means you accept them.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order — for example because an item is discontinued by our production partner — we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices are shown in USD and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is added at checkout. Payment is taken at the point of order through Stripe.

We correct pricing errors when we find them. If an item was listed at an obviously incorrect price we will contact you before producing the order and you may cancel for a full refund.

Items are printed individually. Small variations in print placement and in colour between screens and fabric are normal and are not defects. Variations beyond that are covered by our returns policy.

All designs, photography and copy on this site belong to Anton Eriksson and may not be reproduced without permission.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the law of Sweden, and disputes fall to the courts of Sweden. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules in your own country of residence.
