Shipping

Everything is made to order, so there are two clocks: production, then transit.

Production time

Your items are printed and finished after you order, which takes 2–5 business days. This is separate from shipping time and begins on the next business day after payment clears.

Orders containing several items may ship in more than one parcel if they are produced in different facilities. You are not charged extra when that happens.

Delivery time

Within the EU, delivery typically takes a further 3–7 business days after dispatch. Outside the EU, allow longer; the exact estimate is shown at checkout.

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves the production facility.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the contents of your order. Orders over US$75.00 ship free.

Customs and import charges

For deliveries outside the EU, import duties, taxes and customs handling fees may be charged on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility — they are not included in the price you pay us, and we cannot estimate them in advance.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address carefully. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; the reshipping cost is payable by you.
